About a year ago at a swing party a woman and I wound up on the floor necking like teenagers. It went on for a long time, and we kept our clothes on for the most part. Typically at a party of this type you don't spend as much time with the preliminaries- you go off to a room when the spirit moves you. This was like being 17 years old and in the back of a car. It was very erotic and yet, for this type of party, almost innocent. It was a very memorable experience.

Sometimes we don't spend enough time kissing, and this book can be a good reminder. It has a bit of the flavor of teenage innocence, as most of these kisses are more playful than erotic, and none are explicitly sexual or involve genital contact- unless you get creative adapting their suggestions, that is.

It has kissing lore, kissing games, historical kisses, kisses from different cultures, drink and desert recipes with kisses in the name, and just about everything else they could think of to cram into the 500 entries in its encyclopedia format. 

There are a few too many kisses that are too silly or gross for my taste, but there are still plenty of items of interest. At the very least, it might inspire you to kiss more, and perhaps be a touch more creative at it.
